Materials
1 kg lamb on the bone, roughly chopped
1 cup white wine
50 ml vegetable oil
2 onions – roughly chopped
2 dessert spoons ground coriander
1 dessert spoon ground black pepper
1 dessert spoon cumin
1 dessert spoon rock salt
DIRECTIONS
Place the meat together with onions, oil, wine, water and spices in a pot and cook over an open fire or in the oven with the lid on for around 3 hours.
