Boiled Lamb

Materials

1 kg lamb meat on the bone – medium diced

3 tbsp. butter

10 cups cold water

1 dessert spoon salt

3 potatoes – medium diced

2 carrots – medium diced

1 celery – peeled, medium diced

5 black peppercorns

1 lemon

Preparation of

Sauté the diced lamb in a pot with melted butter until it turns brown, add water, black peppercorns and salt. Cook over a low heat until the meat is tender.

Add the carrots, potatoes and celery to the meat.

After the vegetables are cooked, serve hot with a lemon slice.
