Kaymaklı Clotted Cream
It is a type of clotted cream that is produced using cow's milk. It is similar in texture to butter, with a high protein and fat content, and has a dry, porous, light, and half-moon appearance.
To produce Kaymaklı Clotted Cream, milk from cows that are fed within a specific geographic boundary is used. After the milk is collected in food-safe containers, it is strained through a fine, white cloth. A "tandır evi" is used to boil the milk, which is a type of oven that is buried in the ground. The tandır evi is a one-room structure with a diameter of 62cm and a depth of 60cm. It has a window on the south side and is used exclusively for boiling milk.
Kaymaklı Bagel
It is a bread that is prepared using boiled potatoes, wheat flour, fresh yeast, salt, and water. The dough is rolled out and coated with diluted yogurt before being baked. The bread is approximately 350-400 grams in weight and has a circular shape. It is baked in a two-compartment oven, which is heated with straw, on a perforated stone.

Nevşehir Pottery Kebab is a geographical indication meal prepared in the registered Avanos Pottery in Nevşehir. According to legend, a caravan passing through the Cappadocia region had to stay in a poor family's house. To show her hospitality, the lady of the house slaughtered a lamb and put it together with vegetables into a large pot, cooked it in a tandoor, and served it to the guests. The guests loved the taste, and the use of the pot for cooking spread. Avanos is an important center for pottery making. Avanos Pottery is a registered product with a geographical indication. Workshops in Avanos, where pottery is produced, are also places for storage, display, wholesale, and retail sales to national and international markets. These house workshops, where traditional methods of pottery production are continued and exhibitions and sales are made, have not needed to be relocated to a different place, and their physical uniqueness has been preserved as a tourist value. One area where pottery is used is the preparation and serving of meals. Kidney beans, tandoori stew, and pottery kebab are the most commonly cooked dishes using clay pots.

Despite the absence of sugar, it has a sweet taste. Nevşehir Bagel can maintain its freshness for up to 7 to 10 days without getting stale.
Avanos Pottery
Avanos district, located in the Nevşehir province of our country, is one of the first places that come to mind when it comes to pottery. In addition to being close to touristic regions like Göreme and Ürgüp, the presence of raw material sources in the district is one of the reasons why pottery is highly developed in Avanos. Although the term "pottery" is commonly used to refer to earthen pots, under geographical indication, it refers to all kinds of products made of clay.
Pottery making, which has been continuing since the Neolithic period in Nevşehir, is widespread in the Avanos region. The pottery made was probably obtained from the mountains of Avanos and the old beds of the Kızılırmak river, as it is today, during the Early Bronze Age. It is known that the first pots were shaped by coiling and wrapping method. Open fire was also used for firing. When the potter's wheel was found towards the end of the Early Bronze Age, pottery began to be made on the wheel. Pottery wheel production is frequently encountered in Hacıbektaş district as an example of pottery.
